Interview
Application process was quick and straightforward. Once you contact them through the website, they send you an e-mail to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview is an initial screening where they ask you why do you want to work there and what are your expectations. After that, they schedule you for a video interview. This one is much more difficult, it consists of regular interview questions and tests on the subjects you want to teach.
I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

Interview
The interview is performed in online/ remote setting.
You have to record yourself and you are given two tries to answer few questions asked.
There is a practice question to get you going.
There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
