The initial phone interview was conducted by a gentleman from New York. He briefly described the history of the company, including the scope of the product lines, and asked if I had any questions about the position or the product, of which I had many.
It was explained that this position does not entail any hands-on technical installation or support, which is provided almost exclusively by the Professional Services and Technical Support teams in New York and North Carolina.
My questions about the product and the position were answered fully and courteously over the 30 minute interview.
The interviewer indicated that I would receive a follow-up call if I were to be considered for the position.
