Found via recruiter. Had initial phone call then met in person with a few key personnel and upper management individuals. Very casual interview process and did not ask many difficult questions.

Meet with President for lunch first; then went to office and meet with PM, PX, and HR. I was asked to present my salary expectation and justification prior to receiving an offer.
