      Human Resources Interview

      17 Jan 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Variant Partners

      Interview

I was phone interviewed. I have a 3 year gap in my work history due to a disability. I did not mention anything about my disability because it is too personal and not related to the job I was interviewing for. I just said that I had not found the right position yet. The interviewer was very unprofessional and said that people would wonder why someone would be out of work for that long might have been in jail or something. This was a very poor choice of words. Needless to say, I would not recommend them because obviously the interviewer lacks professionalism and knowledge of human resources laws.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The recruiter asked how I would go about performing a job task.
