My interview experience with VargasAndrews was definitely one of the most memorable experiences I have had. Throughout every stage of the process, all the interviewers were very approachable, professional and responsive. They created a welcoming environment where I felt comfortable which made the entire experience feel safe and positive. The interview process was smooth, well-organized and effective in qualifying candidates. I truly appreciated how each stage was designed to assess not only the technical skills but also overall fit for the team. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the entire interview process. I also appreciated how responsive the interviewers were whenever I had questions. I am very grateful for the opportunity to be part of the process.

The interview process was just as described in their job posting, consisting of four steps: Initial, Behavioral, Technical Interview, and Pre-offer stages. It took some time since my application got caught up in their month-end tasks. I applied through Indeed on October 17, received an email invitation for the initial interview on October 27, and received an offer on December 13. Overall, it was a great and challenging experience.
