The process was really informal, and they made sure that I understand that and that there are no wrong answers to their questions.
They gave me the opportunity to ask anything I had in mind.
I first met with their CEO over a coffee, followed by an interview with their Software Architect.

Interview
The interview process was fairly informal. For the managers, it was more about cultural fit and attitude, rather than 'what skills can you bring'. It was very two way and I was allowed to ask all of the questions I wanted too to make sure it was also the right fit and opportunity for me.
