I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vanta (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First spoke with a recruiter for a quick chat before another quick meeting with a Sr. Sales Leader. After was a principals/behavioral interview with another Sales Manager. This was followed by a mock cold call with the Director of sales, and then a quick coffee chat with my prospective manager. Overall, the process was seamless, I received feedback within 24 hours each time, and there were some very valuable questions. Some of the interviews shorter than I am used to, but this made the overall process very stress free.

Interview
The interview process was fine overall but felt a bit disorganized. I was told my main concern was limited cold-calling experience, which seemed odd for an entry-level sales role. After a challenging interview with a manager, I realized I wasn’t the best fit, though I appreciated how quickly they followed up with a decision. The culture also seemed to have a bit of a “call-center” feel, which matched other reviews I’d seen.
