I found the interview process to be very reasonable. The technical questions (backend and frontend) were rooted in real-world problems from things the team has actually encountered, and absolutely nothing close to LeetCode. I found these sessions to be very interactive and collaborative, and felt more like pair-programming than taking a test. I interviewed at many companies this round, and Vanna was one of the few where I got a solid sense of the team dynamics and personalities. I'm assuming all the other reviews are from an old process, because I didn't run into any of the issues they mentioned.
