Vanguard Resources interview questions

I interviewed with the Human Resource Director first. Then she provided me with some information that I had to work with to see how I could manipulate data. Once that was completed, I was interviewed in person with the area manager and the customer.

Phone interview. The company found my resume online and decided to reach out to me as they believed my background was a good fit for the position. I first received an e-mail asking if I was interested. A few days after responding I received a phone call at 6:30 A.M. I was completely caught off guard and not exactly awake. Interviewer didn't even ask if it was a good time to talk. They just jumped right into it. Interview lasted about 20 minutes. The individual was easy to talk to and relatable.
