Applied Online. I was contacted about 1 month later via phone. Initial phone screening and interview was scheduled two weeks out. Basic behavioral questions, work history as well as job role and compensation. I was then scheduled to go into the site for a face to face 2 weeks later. The face to face consisted of 2 separate 1 hour interviews the first was all work history and behavioral questions using the STAR format. I was asked an investment scenario and strength & weakness questions. The next interview was a case study that is obviously not going to go the way they prepare you for it. They also have you review some portfolios and give them feedback on what stands out. Then a short tour of the building. Typical call center environment. Nothing really stood out. There was no word or any conversation about the actual job duties for which I was applying for, I found that a bit strange. I wasn't sure what I was actually applying for once I left the building. They take a long time to get back with you after the face to face.
