Started with a phone screening interview, a call preparing me for the interview and then the actual interview. I was told things I needed to learn which was super beneficial.

Interview
Contains a general panel interview with STAR questions (Situation, Task, Action, Result- your responses should be structured to touch on all 3 points). After that, a case study of 3 investor profiles and a vignette on their needs. You get to "mock call" with these individuals, and they evaluate your patience, ability to get additional information, and control the call flow.
Normally an interest in investments is enough to get hired. If you are skilled, it can be to your advantage. They may forward you onto another more senior role if available.

Interview
2 rounds - 1st round is 30-45 min phone interview. At the end if you do get to the 2nd round they will tell you and then give feedback on your interview which I found super helpful in preparing for the 2nd round. Pretty basic behavioral questions
2nd round - they will send you an email on what to study up on but I didn't get any questions on the information I studied (ex. ETFs, Money Market, Mutual Fund) but still would just in case. I would spend more time studying about the company overall and why you want to work there and behavioral

They have a phone interview then you get invited to their super day which consists of about 5 hours of additional interviewing and a tour. All the questions are STAR format, a case study, and behavioral questions-- no technical questions really.
