The process took nearly 5 months, bounced around to different groups and HR reps and even given a start date then last minute just before the start date they "went in a different direction". They seemed like a great company but the hiring process is a mess and I hope to never go through that again.

First is an HR screening with basic questions to make sure you are minimally qualified. Then, 3 rounds of interviews. First with peers, then manager and then other leaders. All interviews were virtual.

Initial phone call with recruiter from the U.S. The recruiter messed up the job description and advertised the wrong role.
Next was interview with hiring manager. Wanted to know more about current role, asked straight forward questions.
