I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vanguard Environmental in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process was pretty normal, maybe a little quick. I applied, interviewed, and got a job offer within a week. Sounds like you could make decent money but you sacrifice a work-life balance. A couple things to consider: 1) Was only given 48hrs to accept the job offer 2) Benefits package is not competitive. Only 2 weeks vacation AFTER a year of working for the company, 3 sick days, and only 6 weeks paid maternity leave. They will not negotiate on these points.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Normal interview questions about my experience and background related to the job. The person I interviewed with was great but the president gave me a weird vibe after he asked if I was married, had nothing to do with the job or my background. I found it unprofessional
Phone call then in person interview . Pleasant phone conversation. Spoke with company owner, very friendly and inviting. Located in city of Broken arrow it is at the head of the city limits between Tulsa and broken arrow.
