The interview process here was conducted poorly and left me with an overall negative view of the company. After about 4 interviews, which also included an in-office interview that lasted 2 hours, I didn't receive the common courtesy to say "thank you for your time, however, we have chosen another candidate". I thought it was unprofessional to speak poorly of your current employees to a candidate you are interviewing. It was at that very moment I knew that if extended an offer I would have declined. There was also disorganization that happened during the process such as (receiving a call and being referred to by another candidate's name ). I felt overall, like too many balls were being dropped in the process. I have had maybe 10+ interviews in the last two months and have since accepted an offer. I rely on Glassdoor to conduct my own research on companies and felt I had to return to share my experience as well.
