The interview process contained two rounds, the first round had detailed screening with respect to the relevant experience and the role in the organization. The candidate is made sure that, they are well equipped to progress with the job role independently since the first day in the organization. The final round was handled by the CEO himself, making sure that the recruit would fit as the best asset to the organization
