ValueLabs Java Technical Lead interview questions

HR called for telephonic interview as they had failed to open an offer to me twice when I had cleared two face to face interviews earlier. First time, they had informed me client is not available for further interview process. Second time, they had called me for interview with another project and once I cleared the interview, they have taken docs, but not released offer. After rigorous follow up, another HR called me and informed that if I attend one telephonic interview, they will take feedback and will release the offer as I have already attended 2 rounds of F2F interviews. No one called me fir telephonic discussion and I am fed up with this company. No respect to interviewee candidates, HR will force you to come fir Interview, however, will not send communication on whom to contact etc. Value'Less' Labs, if you read this review and want sny proofs, just comment here and will send all proofs. I am a 12 yr exp manager and if they behave with me like this, imagine the fate of less exp guys. Stay away from this company and go through other reviews on GlassDoor to understand more. If you still prefer to go ahead, your choice.
