The interview was a 5 round process in total. 3 technical and 2 managerial rounds.
1st round: interviewer asked technical questions on OOPS concepts, Dependency injection, Design patterns etc. and wanted to know more about the project i was working on and see if i have client exposure. It went well and the interviewer said he was happy with my technical skills..
2nd Round: I was given a technical assignment and given 6 hrs to complete it. It was a simple assignment where you have 3-4 input fields on UI, take the data from UI, do some sort of calculation and insert the data in DB. I completed it and submitted.
3rd round: This was supposed to be a technical round. But the interviewer was totally out of track. questions he asked:
1. Latest tech/Work life balance/handsome salary which one you prefer?
2. Why do you want to choose value creed over your work life balance.
3. You are already working on latest tech, what else are you expecting in valuecreed?
4. Do you think valuecreed will give you an opportunity to work in latest tech??
I mean again this was supposed to be a technical round and these were the questions asked. He literally told me why do you want to choose valuecreed over your work life balance..
In 30 min of interview there were only 2 technical questions: program to find square root of infinity and SQL query to get second highest salary.
I would say the interviewer totally convinced me not to join valuecreed and surprisingly i was happy that i did not make it to the next rounds.
