Value Chain Solution Key Account Manager interview questions

Got an email and call from VCS HR. 1st round got interviewed by 2 member panel. Interview was focused on JD and expectations. Both members were professionals, KAM and Product owner for 40 mins. Second round with Sales head who was confused and kind of weird while conducting the interview. Questions asked were sometimes unrelated and even some points mentioned were unrelated to job role. Salary negotiation was a nightmare as they offered 20%less salary what was I earning. Overall, it felt as if they are an old fashioned owner monitored firm striving to be professional.
