relatively simple interview process, conducted online via skype with 2 employees. Asked to prepare a presentation prior to the interview, on the impact of Covid on commercial real estate and be able to present for ten minutes. Questions were a mix of behavioural and technical.

Assessment centres are terrible in general. Did well in all phases but it’s hard to show how good I am in these settings. Not a fan I usually do better in interviews

Interview
There were three stages - group task, interview, presentation. Also had a tour of the office after. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease. Lasted around 3 and a half hours in total.
