Interview
I had a few friends who had interned their before. In the beginning I simply had a few email exchange with the owner of the firm. It did take a while and eventually with the help of my friends the owner eventually got back to me. I was assigned a programming task after which I got hired.

Interview
After posting interest on college recruiting site, was immediately e-mailed by the recruiter and set up a phone interview to talk about qualifications, previous work experiences, the job itself, and what kind of expectations there were which included: "rolling up the sleeves" (administrative office duties), event planning, doing research, prospecting for clients, and any kind of other duties.
Interview consisted of Marketing VP, followed by the Operations VP. Because its a small office setting, its very casual but at the same time extremely focused working towards getting the company and offerings recognized by larger vendors and tech firms for a market offering.
