Question 1
What is your experience working with children?
What would you do if a child is not behaving?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Valley Mill Camp in Aug 2013
Interview
I was a CIT, so this interview was conducted the summer before I was hired. It took no longer than 20 minutes if I remember correctly. I spoke to one of the directors of girls camp. It was not too official, I had just spent the day at camp.

Question 1
What are your three strengths and three weaknesses? Why do you want to be a camp counselor?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Valley Mill Camp (Darnestown, MD) in Jan 2014
Interview
The interview is very laid back. They want to get a feel for your personality, see if you're personable or not. They want to see if you can be social so that the campers can look up to you
