Interview
I applied online in October 2024. Received an email for an online exam in November 2024. Took the exam in the first week of December 2024. Exam had multiple behavioral questions (ex: what would you do in this scenario type) that you have to answer within 40 mins. It wasn't that hard. Once you pass the exam and you are selected for an interview you will receive an email asking you to reach out to VHP HR team to schedule an interview.
My first round of interview was scheduled in the first week of January 2025. It was a panel interview for 1 hour with 3 interviewers. Beginning of the interview they asked to rate myself in each skill and asked questions on it later in the interview. All technical and related to the job (Difficulty 7 out of 10). Scheduled the next round of interview mid week of Jan 2025. It was a panel interview of 1 hour with 2 interviewers. Behavioral questions, how do you fit in the team questions. (Difficulty 4 out of 10). And one final interview in the last week of January 2025 with direct supervisor (getting to know you, explaining team culture, verbal offer).
End of January received the offer letter.

Technical round:
SQL questions - what type of join is this, SQL store procedure structure. XML file structure, FHIR related questions. How do you handle an integration project.
Behavioral: Tell me about yourself, how do you handle difficult client, disagreement between supervisor, colleagues etc. How do you handle calls during after hours from supervisor.
These morons interviewed me twice for the same role. The second time during the interview it sounded like they'd mistakenly scheduled the interview because the CIO who'd also been on the first interview immediately came off like they'd invited me on accident. Only at the end of the call did they tell me the interview was for the same role they'd declined me for. Thanks for wasting half an hour of my day fools.
