Validate Health interview questions

Garbage process. Applied on LinkedIn. I got 2 emails asking to write elaborate paragraphs on why I chose to Apply. Next they gave me 2 10-page assignments asking me such extensive details on each of my projects, my knowledge with each technology, my approach to random made up problems. Next they sent a 10 page coding assignment which I completed. All of this to be ghosted without any feedback or even a generic rejection email. Ohh and that job has been posted thrice since then

Lengthy interview process. Often times felt unorganized and next steps were not always clear. Seems like a good organization but felt like my time was not valued throughout the interview process.
