I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Valid Network in Mar 2021
Interview
The process was pretty quick. In overall there were three interviews - phone, technical and the last one is hr. The interviewers were nice and it felt like they want me to succeed the interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Valid Network (Beersheba) in Apr 2020
Interview
First interview with CEO - just general, HR like interview
Second interview with Engineering Manager - technical
Third interview with CTO - technical
Final interview and salary expectation with CEO.
All was well until the final interview. We talked on Zoom. When I told him my salary expectations, he hung up on me (literally, just left me alone on the call). He then reached out to me again, saying I was demanding too high of a price when I asked for 21K NIS. He then told me he will have tto think about it, and didn't return my messages or calls for 2 and a half weeks. Eventually dismissing me by email after this extremely long process. When I asked if there were any issues except for the salary expectations, he again, ignored my message. Truly a terrible experience, major red flag. Beware.

Interview
Small startup (~7 people at the time).
Started by talking to the CEO, just general stuff.
After that was a technical interview with one of the developers, and then another technical interview with the CTO. After that was another conversation with the CEO.
