I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Valencia Group (Houston, TX)

Interview

I had to meet with 3 people. Front Desk Manager, Director of Housekeeping, and Director of Operations. We interviewed in the Terrace Room. The interview took about an hour. I got hired on the spot. I came back in the next day to fill out paper work and I started work the next week. The overall experience was casual and relaxed.

My first day of training was okay. while I had some experience, the manager did not assign a specific person to train me. After my first day, I received no additional training. I basically learned everything on my own but overall it was not that difficult.
