Valencia College Administrative Assistant interview questions

Was invited for a Hirevue interview. Then was reached out to for an interview with 3 employees through Zoom. Was then asked to provide references. Overall, a lengthy process. Applied late May, signed the offer letter in August and started working at the end of August.

Large panel interview, very intimidating, lots of stares, questions laid out on paper in front of you, each panel member ask you a question last about 20 min. Some people very friendly, others super intimidating. Questions did not really make sense for the position. It took place in executive office conference room in the afternoon
