There are 2 rounds of interviews. The first round are phone interview with senior project engineer, The second is in person with directors, senior project manager and project managers. The process is general and simple.

A manager reached out and asked for a date for an interview. The manager provided a date for the interview and asked for my availability. I confirmed the date and prepared it until the date.
After the interview with the manager, it took few days to get an offer.

Not so good Can be done in a precise way. IT would be easier to handle if it was direct. It would help the career. Easier to build on it than express it profoundly.
