      I interviewed at Valarity

      Interview

There was an in-person interview, which was pretty straight forward. The questions were mostly about previous customer service experience. During the interview, the interviewer and I did a mock collection call and pretended to be a debtor who was sick and did not (or could not) pay their full balance. I was offered the position at the end of my interview and started the new hire paperwork the same day.
