Had a 30 minute phone screen with a junior recruiter that didn't know much about the specifics of the role. Didn't end up getting the opportunity to speak with anyone on the direct team.

The HR recruiter was friendly and professional. I did not like meeting the CMO. She was very late to the interview, cut me off several times with questions out of left field to try and catch me off guard, and in general, was arrogant and rude. It felt like a waste of my time. After meeting with her, I was no longer interested in working at Vail Resorts.
