the interviewer did not understand the job she was interviewing me for, making it a very unproductive process. I was very disappointed they didn't even read my resume. they could not explain any answers from the scheduling of the job and when asked if they need employees this person had no idea
I got a call from the hiring manager, she asked if I can ski blue runs comfortably. I told her I could, and then I was hired. It was very simple and straightforward, although it is somewhat difficult to get housing if you’re not full time.
between 45 minutes and an hour asked about past experience goals education hobbies pretty straightforward every resort pretty much has the same set of questions, and interviews last same amount of time
Two phone screens. Super friendly on the calls. They wanted to learn about my history skiing and why I was interested in becoming an instructor. After the offer was given to me they were great about answering questions I had about the position.
