Automated recruiter reached out for interview with manager level, then sr. manager level, then managers of other departments, and final interview with director. Process took about a month, with offer coming a week after final interview.

Interview
4 month process. Applied, had a first round interview, then a panel, then a final round. Very standard questions about projects I was proud of, projects that hadn’t gone my way and how I handled them, how I approach work across departments, etc. All interviews were virtual.
