Interview
They took us all into an apartment in Waterloo with a bunch of other candidates. Then we signed some waivers before putting on some Victorian era costumes. From there, we had to roleplay as merchants and solve the given problems.

They had us present an investment thesis of if we travelled back in time to the spice trade. "How would you aribitrage the cinnamon market in relation to the opium wars?"

Interview
The interview process was both intense, rigorous, and super efficient. They requiered me to solve high level math problems, including one that I think is unsolved. As well, make a good monkey impression like the type writer monkeys. Very considerate

How would you maximize volatilaty given these graphs. Then they gave us some graphs
I got asked questions about mathematics and was given a pitch deck. The interview mainly consisted of proofs in pmath courses. As well as monkey impressions which I had to do aggressively with lots of vigour. It was apparently to show my commitment to the Trading position.
