After applying for a position on LinkedIn, a recruiter contacted me and scheduled a video call for the following day. We spoke for about an hour. She then decided to move forward and prepared me for an interview with the hiring company. I subsequently had a one-hour video interview with the company as well. Since then, I haven’t received any response from either the recruiter or the company. I followed up with the recruiter via email but haven't heard back.
