Sent a resume to a vague job description just to get in touch with a recruiter. Not even sure if it was a real job. Immediately got an invite to a one way interview. Didn't do that because interviews go both ways and they also need to sell the position and give me a chance to ask questions. Got a call from a recruiter a few days later who wanted to play 20 questions but not give any info. He said he would follow up and never did. Maybe he got the idea I wasn't interested since I didn't exactly hide it, but be professional and say you're looking for something else instead of lying that you'll call back.

Very organized and efficient. The interviewer was very interested in hearing about me as a person as well as my skills and talents. She was a very good listener and honest about my options. I would highly recommend this company based on my initial experience.
