Interview
They basically check if you are proficient in one of the languages they look for. Out of formality they ask your random interview questions. Interview will be conducted first with a recruiter to screen some basics, and then you will be referred for a video interview with low paid cattle that work in the same position you will.
It was short and simple, they ask if you’re qualified to the position and also make sure you are fluent in the language you are localized in

Interview
The interview process was smooth.
The first part was conducted in another language to assess my fluency. The second part was focused on behavioral questions, situational scenarios, and company policies. They also asked about my approach to handling sensitive content and spotting inaccuracies.

They asked me: 'Have you ever worked under pressure and with close deadlines?'
They wanted to understand how I handle workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.

Interview
It was pretty easy going and straightforward. The interview was held in English and German since being bilingual was a job requirement. I have had a positive experience with the interviewers and got the job offer not even 24 hrs after interviewing. I am very excited.
