The interview process was easy. However, what happened afterwards was unacceptable.
I applied for the position late October and went through all the stages until the CTO, Luca, made me an offer.
I accepted the offer and proceeded to provide all of my personal details to start the enrollment process with an EoR (I'm no located in Germany). After waiting a month with no updates and having been told "it should take 3-4 weeks" I received a blunt e-mail letting me know they were no longer "moving forward with the recruitment process due to unexpected challenges in their business.". No more details, no explanations, Nothing.
I didn't think a company could be so unprofessional and careless about the people they work with.
So here's my recommendation: don't get involved with them.
