VTRAC interview questions

After applying online, within couple of hours of applying, received an email from recruiter saying I am over-qualified. Despite the fact I have all the mentioned requirements and qualifications. I responded with a request for clarifications. I received a call from recruiter who was very condescending and saying that it is customary to over state the requirements. Additionally, recruiter wanted to know my entire work history for the past 20 years.
