It involved 5 rounds and at many times over those weeks it felt very disorganized. I am aware, after the fact, that the hiring manager made extra effort to improve the experience and keep me in the loop. Without that contribution, process ownership from application to offer could be described as non-existent. I accepted the job offer because the hiring manager gave me a solid impression that we could work well together.
