I applied online and it took about 2 weeks to schedule and in-person interview. I didn't have to go through a phone interview or an interview with the manager because I had worked for the company as a contractors.

Question 1
A lot of behavioral questions. For example: tell me about a time when you faced a difficult project, what did you do to reach the goals? Tell me about a project that you completed in the past that made you feel very proud. Tell me about your writing experience.
The overall process was straightforward, tho it took a while for me to hear back. After interviewing, it took about three months to confirm if I received a job offer.
