They sit with you and ask you questions. Then they answer any questions your might have. They are very kind and personable. They are interested in who you are a a person, as well as your skills and work history.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. The HR person was very responsive and was very friendly. The actual interview was very insightful to learn about the job, the company, and the people I would be working with. They were very upfront about the pros and cons of taking a job with them.
