Was screened on the phone briefly by the HR Director which went well, but when I interviewed with the Development Director, it seemed smooth and I was fairly confident that I would at least move on. I followed up with both HR and the Hiring Manager via email to thank them and then again a week later to check status (including a final phone call vm message to HR) and was ghosted. Just so frustrating and unprofessional in this job market. If you have a face-to-face or more you should get a quick email at least.
