Incredibly disorganized company that was rife with red flags from the start. My 3 interviews were rescheduled about 5 times and I was called the wrong name during 2 of those meetings. One of the first questions right out of the gate was about my current salary, which felt very unprofessional, and they never disclosed the salary range for the position during the entire process. The job description also doesn't align with the job title, and they discussed that I would be doing much more than what is typically required for a role like this. One of the final steps in the process is completing a full media kit, which if done well, should take a minimum of 4 hours to execute, If you're ready to sacrifice that much work for a company that may not extend an offer, the long hiring process shouldn't be too arduous.
