Phone interview. 1:1 interview with Supervisor then follow-up interview 1:1 with other Supervisor. Online skills assessment, and second skills assessment on your first 1:1 interview.
Positive and comfortable environment. All questions asked and explained the job roles, salary, expectations. The questions was asked, what do you contribute to the job your applying to, what makes you a great nurse, rewarding / hard day to get through your job.
