The interview process appeared highly disorganized, and there were concerning signs I noticed but initially chose to overlook. After completing a total of four interviews, I was left without any follow-up, despite sending multiple emails requesting updates. I didn’t even receive an automated rejection notice. This lack of communication reflects a disorganized and unprofessional approach, giving the impression that the company may not operate with the seriousness or maturity expected.
