I applied online and heard back from a recruiter saying he wanted to schedule a time for a phone interview the following week. I replied in the same morning with my availability and he simply ghosted me. Never got back to me despite the fact that I replied in less than two hours of his email. I sent another email to follow up and still nothing, no reply. SUPER unprofessional, and how ironic that this was for a recruitment position. Guess I lucked out. Ha!
