Got an email from the Office Assistant Manager and scheduled an over-the-phone short interview, followed by an in-person interview. The lady was super sweet and quick to responding emails as well as provided me a thorough background of the company. At the in-person interview, she showed me a quick tour of the office/facility. Took about a week total!

For me they did a phone interview first with the manager and then I had a 2nd in person interview with the manager. Make sure you go on their website and learn everything you can about the company and also go visit one of the clinics and see it in action (manager will request you do so, to make sure this is the job for you).
