VIP Personnel interview questions

Potential is there for lots of jobs they post on their website. The interview was horrible. Had me make changes to a professional resume - one that clearly explained my experience - into something that looked like I was out of high school - as she said it wasn't clear why I left my government job or what I did there that would make people want to hire me. Followed up a week later about placement opportunities and have yet to hear back. Not surprising I suppose.
