Easy they basically hire anyone and everyone let let you do a physical and drug test which people whom smoke marijuana works there. You have to go every year for a drug test every 3 months for a physical the coordinators or rude and liars.

Interview
The process was smooth and short. The interviewer did not ask long and drawn out questions like I thought that they would have asked me. I think it was less stressful than I thought it would have been.

One thing that they asked me was to tell them something about myself. How much experience did I have at being a home health Aide? where do I see myself in five years? What is my strengths and weakness?
