Consistent, concise and job-related - also well within the standards of time in which an applicant should be advised of the decision. Opportunities are great when they arise, but in Wisconsin we don't have a lot of openings in the office due to corporate being in Denver.

Pretty positive interview experience! The interview process leaned more has a conversation versus an "interrogation" which I appreciated. Had 3 interviews in total, one with the the recruiter, one with a potential peer colleague, and one with the hiring manager.

How do you contribute to the company?
What value do you bring?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at VF (Nashville, TN)
Interview
The interview process was convenient. I had a phone screen with the hiring manager. An inperson interview with the hiring manager and 3 potential peers. The inperson interviews were all scheduled on the same day. The questions were normal interview questions. I think the main goal was to ensure a good fit within the culture. Very laid back company.
