Interview
They made me sit in a nice room, and then they explained to me how the interview was set up. I had 45 minutes to complete a language test, a very simple math test and an excel test. Then after that I had the interview.

Language test:
They give you a situation and you have to write an email to a pretend customer that explains the situations and all the options both in your language and in english
Very common interview questions. Precedent experience, example with problem solving, customer related things that might have happened to you, questions about your previous boss.
They weren't challenging and they even helped me with examples when nothing came to my mind.

Overall, it was a good experience in the field.
Pros- benefits from the other brands.
Cons- customers were not pleasant to work with. You learn that many ppl are so pressed on consumerism. This job will definitely open your eyes to a lot of things.

Over zoom, very laid back and a few simple questions. Set schedule hours and opportunity to advance once trained and on que. Jobs are fully remote from home. They will mail you the computer and monitor and all you need to perform the job duties before you begin training.
